What is DiscFarm doing?

• Reduce
• We are the only replicator in USA that produces both CD and DVD discs using all-electric molding machines. All-electric molding machines uses 70% less electricity compared to hydraulic or hybrid-type machines.
• Less than 10 cubic yards of waste per month goes to the landfills.
• Reuse
• Closed loop process water system uses less than 200 gallons of water per year.
• Plastic pallet exchange program with customers
• Rebuild and fix damaged wooden pallets
• Recycle
• Over 600 bales of paper and cardboard per year.
• Over 50 bales of shrink film, stretch film, OPP film per year.
• Several hundred tons of polystyrene, polypropylene, and polycarbonate.
• We buy corrugated with recycled content.
• Source and use FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified products in paper packaging whenever possible
